Abstract
  • This study explores the influence of faculty training, engagement, and technology usage on the dissemination of cultural knowledge in educational settings in China. It examines how these factors contribute to the development of students' cultural competence, evaluated through performance reviews and practical applications. The research highlights the importance of faculty development in understanding local culture and their active participation in cultural education, along with the role of technology, such as virtual reality and online cultural repositories, in enhancing educational experiences and outcomes. By analyzing the integration of rich cultural content within the curriculum, the study aims to provide insights into effective strategies for fostering cultural comprehension and proficiency among students, offering significant implications for educational institutions and policy-makers in designing and implementing culturally enriched and technologically innovative curricula.
