Abstract
  • Social Enterprises (SE) is gaining trend as new business model to solve social or/and environmental problems through independent financing. But, tensions arise when those social and financial commitment fight for the company resources and hindering the company to scale up their model. One of the solutions in managing this tension is through differentiating and integrating business logic through different company’s dimensions of organizing. This paper implements the theory of dimensions of organizing in Urbanis and implement it in a sufficient strategic planning for the company to scale up and manage their social and financial tensions.
