Abstract
  • Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti hubungan antara gaya kepimpinan, dan ganjaran kewangan dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi dalam kalangan pekerja mahir teknologi maklumat di Malaysia. Bagi mencapai objektif ini, sebanyak 832 borang soal selidik telah diedarkan, tetapi hanya 178 borang soal selidik boleh digunakan untuk analisis. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan bagi menguji hipotesis kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa hanya satu dimensi ganjaran kewangan iaitu gaji mempunyai hubungan signifikan yang positif dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi, manakala bonus didapati tidak signifikan dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi. Bagi gaya kepimpinan transformasi, hanya pengaruh idealism sahaja mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi, manakala motivasi berinspirasi didapati tidak signifikan dengan persepsi terhadap sokongan organisasi. Implikasi dapatan kajian, limitasi kajian, dan cadangan bagi kajian susulan dibincangkan di akhir kajian ini.
