Abstract
  • The campus construction of Chinese excellent traditional wushu characteristic project will not only help popularize martial arts knowledge and martial arts spirit, but also help achieve the development and education goals of a healthy China, promote the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional culture, and realize the contemporary construction of China’s excellent traditional culture an effective fusion of spirits. This article takes Choy Li Fut as a representative to deeply analyze the characteristics of Choy Li Fut, the traditional Chinese cultural spirit and the learning significance of the times, and integrates the ideological and political elements of Choy Li Fut courses into the general courses for all students of Jiangmen Polytechnic, and carries out " Education with the characteristics of "using weapons to transform people”. Through the three-pronged measures of "strengthening physical education", "activating cultural education" and "deepening moral education", we will solve the problems in the growth of students in higher vocational colleges, enable the majority of students to master martial arts fitness knowledge, develop a strong body, and promote health, forming Choy Li Fut Knowledge transfer, value shaping and ability cultivation of boxing courses.
