This paper aims to comprehensively analyze related literature on the development of intangible cultural heritage and handicrafts in recent years by means of bibliometric analysis, so as to reveal its research status, trend and potential problems. In this paper, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) is selected as the main data source, and the literature in related fields from 2008 to 2028 is systematically sorted out. related literature on handicrafts is systematically and quantitatively analyzed to reveal the research status, trend and knowledge structure in this field. The quantitative analysis of related literature on intangible cultural heritage and handicrafts can provide policy makers, researchers and practitioners with scientific basis for the protection, inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage and handicrafts.
