Abstract
  • This study investigates the effects of safety, meaningfulness, and availability on employee performance in Klang Valley. The independent variables examined in this research are safety, facilitating conditions, and attitudes, while the dependent variable is employee performance. A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via a Google Form link shared through WhatsApp and personal networks among employees in Klang Valley. A total of 159 valid responses were obtained. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, which provides each individual an equal chance of being selected. Cronbach’s alpha was used to assess the reliability of the measurement scales. The reliability coefficients for the independent variables were safety (0.940), meaningfulness (0.925), and availability (0.923). The reliability coefficient for the dependent variable, employee performance, was 0.937. These values fall within the 0.9 range, indicating excellent internal consistency and a high level of reliability. The findings of the study indicate that all three independent variables are positively correlated with employee performance.
