Abstract
  • This paper explores the field of digitalization among international students that soon will be making up the numbers in labour pool. It also discusses the impact of digitalization towards career readiness. The findings revealed a positive impact of digitalization towards career readiness. In addition, this study also has found that digitalization elevated soft skills, knowledge, experience as well as social skills of the participants. However, network problem should be addressed to improve experience in virtual learning
