Abstract
  • Emosi murid adalah penting dalam mempengaruhi keberkesanan pembelajaran dan pencapaian akademik mereka. Namun, terdapat kekurangan kajian yang menyeluruh mengenali jenis emosi yang murid alami dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dan trend emosi murid dalam pembelajaran di bilik darjah. Dengan itu, emosi murid dalam pembelajaran di perlulah dimahami dan ditinjau dengan lebih mendalam, agar boleh merangka strategi pedagogi yang dapat menyokong emosi positif serta mengurangkan kesan emosi negatif. Maka, kertas konsep ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis emosi murid sekolah rendah dalam pembelajaran. Pelbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi emosi murid, termasuk faktor persekitaran, hubungan antara guru dengan murid, efikasi kendiri dan lain-lain. Emosi murid juga akan menjejaskan pencapaian akademik dan motivasi. Emosi positif seperti kegembiraan dan kebanggaan cenderung meningkatkan prestasi akademik, manakala emosi negatif seperti kemarahan dan kebimbangan boleh menghalang proses pembelajaran. Guru perlu melengkapkan diri dengan ilmu pengurus emosi murid melalui bengkel dan latihan yang berterusan. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perkembangan emosi murid dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya, guru dapat mengurus emosi murid dengan lebih berkesan dan seterusnya meningkatkan kualiti pembelajaran di dalam bilik darjah.
