An additional objective of this study is to explore the interaction between teacher work motivation and job satisfaction. The findings of this research will provide useful theoretical insights for teachers at private universities. It is based on Herzberg's two-factor theory and aims to identify the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that impact teacher work motivation and job satisfaction. This study adopted a systematic literature review to identify, filter, and synthesize the existing literature on work motivation and job satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative research design, with T University serving as the case study. The results indicated that both internal and extrinsic factors exert a substantial impact on the degree of job satisfaction and motivation that an individual encounters in their profession. Job satisfaction and work motivation are two variables that both affect and are influenced by one another. This study will look at both intrinsic and extrinsic factors that can improve teacher motivation and job satisfaction. Ultimately, it integrates academic knowledge and practical implementation to offer a thorough comprehension of motivation for motivating human resources.
