Efforts to develop sustainable schooling can be facilitated through everyday schooling experience when we learn from certain important success factors. Therefore, the synergy of knowledge and appreciation to the important success schooling system must be emphasized in creating and designing a sustainable schooling ecosystem. Drawing on the big data from the international benchmarking study such as Programme for International Students' Assessment, PISA from year 2000 till 2018 has provided us macro perspectives to enhance learning experience in sustainable schooling system. The methodology used for collecting these informations are through literature reviews and secondary data from various OECD reports and other past-related research. Thus, this article discuss and reports on seven important lesson based on seven key factors in redefining educational change and hence achieving the goal, namely (1) students’ family background factor, (2) engagement with learning resources factor, (3) approach to learning factor, (4) gender differences factor, (5) student social background factor, (6) school climate and learning resource factor, and (7) character of the schooling system factor.
