The global emphasis on sustainable building design has extended to religious institutions, including mosques. Therefore, this study aims to explore and analyse strategies for improving the implementation of facilities management practices in sustainable mosques. The primary objective is to identify and examine the key areas where improvisation can enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of mosque facilities management. This study used a quantitative method of data collection and questionnaire distribution. The data were collected from the respondents, including worshippers, visitors, the mosque’s committee, and the facilities management team. A purposive sampling method was employed to specifically select individuals from each group who were relevant and knowledgeable in relation to the study objectives.
