Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kepuasan siswa guru institut pendidikan guru terhadap perkhidmatan pusat sumber. Sampel kajian adalah 16 siswa guru program prapersediaan yang tinggal di dalam kampus selama dua semester. Metod kajian ialah tinjauan. Data yang dikumpul dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data dipersembahkan dengan min skor purata, peratusan dan frekuensi. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa  kualiti perkhidmatan adalah kurang memuaskan dengan min skor purata, 3.50. Siswa guru juga kurang puas hati dengan aspek-aspek perkhidmatan pusat sumber seperti tempoh masa perkhidmatan, liputan wifi, ruang rehat, koleksi buku elektronik, sistem pencarian buku, portal e-jurnal dan portal perpustakaan.

Abstract: This study was carried out to identify the contentment of teacher trainees in teacher education institute towards  the services provided by the library. The sample were 16 teacher trainees of a preparatory programme who stayed in the campus for two semesters. The research method was survey. The data were collected and analyzed descriptively. The data were presented with average mean score, percentage and frequency. Results showed that the quality of the services provided by the library was unsatisfactory with average mean score, 3.50. Teacher trainees were unsatisfied with the duration of service provided, wifi coverage, restroom, e-book collection, search system for books, e-journal portal and library portal.
