Abstract
  • This research examined the effectiveness of extracurricular activities for postgraduate university pupils residing in China's Jiangxi province. The research examined the impact of these activities on students' academic performance and the factors that motivate individuals to participate part by surveying students and educators. The findings demonstrated a correlation between second-grade performance and subsequent academic success. Through this, learners were able to acquire new knowledge, broaden their horizons, and broaden their social circle. Motivating individuals may be difficult, but it can be done with the right combination of factors, including incentives, prizes, societal pressure, advancements, and even family involvement. The findings highlight the need for higher education institutions to prioritize below-average activities for the benefit of their students.
