Abstract
  • This article mainly explores the psychological factors that contribute to women entrepreneur’s success. This study focuses on 10 Chinese Muslim women entrepreneurs on WeChat. This article uses qualitative in-depth interviews. This study reveals the psychological factors that influence the success of female entrepreneurs. This research found that for Muslim female WeChat business entrepreneurs, persistence and patience, courage to face difficulties, bold investment, and the support of faith have become the psychological factors for female entrepreneurial success. Through psychological empowerment, women can improve their self-esteem, which is more conducive to women's active entrepreneurship. For Muslim women, faith empowerment is the most important characteristic of women. Women gain confidence and achieve self-growth through faith.
