Abstract
  • This research investigates the influence of motivation, compensation, and feedback in reducing employee turnover rates among Generation Z in Malaysia. The objective of this research is to elucidate the ways in which these factors impact the retention of younger employees, who exhibit distinct expectations and workplace behaviours in contrast to earlier generations. Through the utilisation of a quantitative questionnaire methodology, this study aims to collect insights regarding the strategies organisations can implement to improve employee satisfaction and mitigate turnover rates effectively. The results of this research will enhance the current body of knowledge regarding workforce management, specifically in relation to Generation Z employees, by providing actionable recommendations for organisations to formulate more effective retention strategies.
