Abstract
Most institutes of higher education feature the subject of entrepreneurship in their plan of study at the undergraduate level. However, there are entrepreneurship modules or entrepreneurship courses suited and may be modified by creative students for starting up the firm. A group of entrepreneurs launching Nescafe Barista enterprises is one of four (4) start-up programs within the Co-working & Start-up program cluster that have inspired students to launch their own businesses. Second, students who trade online make up the E-Commerce Platform. The third is Drop Shipping, where students become marketing agents and entrepreneurs, and the fourth is Entrepreneur Accelerator, where students launch firms using funds from Bank Agency. The goal of this study is to explore what are the variables that lead higher education institute students not to engage in business throughout their studies and the entrepreneur traits that must be present in the minds of students for them to engage in entrepreneurship and to identify the potential entrepreneur characteristics through the entrepreneur program or activities at university. Through content analysis of the entrepreneurship program, which was developed by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in collaboration with industry and the Ministry of Higher Education, the results of the potential and talent that need to be achieved by every student involved in entrepreneurial activities during their studies by using the conceptual framework entrepreneur model. The proximity of the business activities carried out towards the area of business ventured, in addition to the fact that there is a resemblance between the characteristics of entrepreneurs among the students, would result in the development of a theme in characteristics that lead to the coding theme of the research. In a nutshell, the theoretical Designomic study has the potential to assist undergraduate students in interpreting the knowledge that is necessary for them to initiate the business with the right guidelines for graduate practitioners.
