Abstract
  • The education trend changes had created massive impacts for all the fields, including the central world of education. The current paper explores students' perception and the effectiveness of using the OpenLearning portal as a Learning Management System (LMS). This research attempts to answer two research questions: "What is the perception of IUMW students on the usage of OpenLearning platform?" and "What is the effectiveness of OpenLearning on student's behaviour, communication and problem-solving skills?" A questionnaire of 4-point Likert Scale was created and used to collect data from (n=63) participants. This questionnaire was distributed through an online platform using Google Form. Data derived from the questionnaires were analyzed through SPSS version 25 in the form of descriptive statistics, which are frequency and percentages. The result indicates that students have a positive attitude towards student's behaviour, communication and problem-solving skills. Based on the results, the researcher presented several conclusions and recommendations.
