Data are collected using a descriptive survey analysis and a well-structured questionnaire distributed to a representative cross-section of instructors. This research is extremely important since it adds to the ongoing conversation about effective educational leadership and pedagogy and may be used as a resource by schools, administrators, legislators, and accrediting organisations. To improve the quality of education kids get, it is necessary to have a firm grasp on the interplay between strong instructional leadership and excellent classroom instruction.
