Abstract
  • In the advent of the social disruption caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the use of information technology tools has increased rapidly which become significant for institutions to also change their traditional teaching and learning services in order to continue operations. Many studies have proven that e- learning tool provides an effective and flexible teaching and learning method that brings out the best in students and Lecturers as well as administrators. This research is aimed at assessing digital transformation using modify Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the users’ coerce on e- learning tool during Pandemic. The evaluation phase was done through online survey using Google form which involved students, administrators and lecturers of private and public institutions. The findings of this study show that impact, usage, technology acceptance and benefits of e-learning tool during a social disruption is dependent on how easy they are to use. It is interpretable that users have more interest on how easy and less complicated a tool works than actual usefulness the tools are for learning and teaching even as it is enforced due to pandemic period. This study is in line with the current trends towards e- learning environment during a social disruption for learning, teaching and administrative purposes.
