Abstract
  • This paper reports the ongoing project related to the development of Learn with Voca 2D animation video for helping Pre-School students to learn english. Learning English is needed for Pre-School students, but sometimes students face some problems during learning English such as lack of vocabulary, not knowing how to pronounce words and also how to write it. Therefore, Learn with Voca 2D animation video had been developed and evaluated. This project was to develop 2D animation video (Learn with Voca) to help Pre-School students to learn English so that they can understand, learn and recognize English more easily. This could raise student enthusiasm to learn English, especially in class. The proposed animation video also has been discussed in the previous paper which involves expert reviews. To ensure the proposed animation video could fulfil the actual users’ needs, user experience testing had been carried out and discussed in this paper. An observation also has been made to the actual users upon their classes time to watch the proposed Learn with Voca 2D animation video. Overall, the findings of the study indicate that the Learn with Voca animation video is fun for children, easy to understand, and an interesting animation video that can help Pre-School students to learn English easily.
