Students’ reflection of leadership communication classroom associated to self-confidence

Abstract
  • Reflection is a persuasive instrument to an academic staff in order to help their students giving a reflection in the classroom. Apparently, reflection should contribute to create onto knowledge they have integrated throughout the particular course. Thus, this study aims are to achieve three research objectives including to determine factors which contribute to students’ confidence in classroom, to discuss strategies enhancing confidence, and to explore students’ reflection about Teaching and Learning (T&L). This study conducts at School of Multimedia Technology and Communication (SMMTC), Universiti Utara Malaysia, with a participation of seven informants. In addition, this study uses qualitative research methods by doing semi-structured interview, reflection by the students and observation by the lecturer. The findings show that majority informants are more enthusiastic to growth their level of confidence in public by learning from other people personality, style of teaching and learning, and able to change attitude, and etc.
