Ethnic animation films retain the unique genes of traditional culture in terms of consciousness, draw on the diversity of ethnic art in terms of form, and must combine 8k film technology, virtual reality, augmented reality and hologram in terms of production process in order to rejuvenate ethnic animation and bring it back to the public. This paper summarizes the way of digital reconstruction of national animation films, especially ink animation, through the combination of three aspects: ink structure, narrative expression and aesthetic interest and digital technology. With the advent of the digital information age, the progress of technology has continuously broadened the boundaries of artistic expression and strengthened the foundation of artistic realization. Contemporary national animation film is an art form that takes contemporary art as the form of expression, uses animation as the medium, realizes audio- visual association through the support of digital technology, and transmits the creators' aesthetic interests and values. Chinese national animation movies with deep cultural imprints, under the halo of once glorious achievements to show in front of the contemporary people with a new identity. Facing the collision of different regional cultures, Chinese national animation films need to be presented with richer and more diversified art forms, delicate and sincere narrative emotions, and tolerant and diversified aesthetic forms.
