Hubungan kebimbangan guru dan efikasi kendiri dalam pengajaran matematik di sekolah

Abstract
  • Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan hubungan kebimbangan dan efikasi kendiri guru dalam pengajaran Matematik di sekolah menengah. Reka bentuk kajian adalah kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini seramai 159 orang guru matematik sekolah menengah di daerah Petaling Jaya diambil sebagai sampel untuk menjawab soal selidik menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima pilihan. Statistik deskriptif ditentukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 29 bagi memperolehi peratus dan kekerapan. Selain itu, Spearman Rho digunakan bagi menentukan korelasi di antara kebimbangan dalam pengajaran matematik dan efikasi guru. Kaedah ini digunakan kerana data yang diperolehi mengalami taburan yang tidak normal. Hasil yang diperolehi mendapati kekuatan hubungan berada di aras lemah. Seterusnya, secara kesimpulan didapati bahawa kebimbangan guru terhadap pengajaran matematik tidak mempengaruhi secara dominan kepada efikasi kendiri guru itu dalam pengajaran matematik.Kajian ini dicadangkan dapat diubah kepada reka bentuk kualitatif agar pendapat responden secara peribadi dapat diperolehi.
