Abstract
  • In today’s fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape, organizations face constant challenges that require agile leadership and harmonious teamwork. This paper elucidates that manager in modern day organisations need to be equipped with Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Transformational Leadership (TL) thereby enabling them to foster team unity and navigating conflict resolution, essential elements for driving organizational success. It highlights that emotionally intelligent transformational inspirational leader by understanding and managing their own emotions as well as those of their teams create environments of trust, collaboration, and open communication. Such leaders are not only able to resolve conflicts swiftly but also inspire teams to perform beyond expectations, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives. Drawing from real-world examples, this paper highlights practical examples of managers who leverage EI and transformational leadership styles to build cohesive, high-performing teams turning conflict into opportunity, transmuting potential disruptions into moments of growth and innovation. As organizations seek excellence in an increasingly competitive market, managers who can blend emotional intelligence with transformational leadership are emerging as pivotal forces in shaping future success. This paper provides actionable insights and frameworks for managers to adopt these skills thereby creating lasting impact within their organizations and advocates the need for more research in this domain.
