Abstract
  • Dengan mengenal pasti sumber dan keupayaan yang efektif, perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) akan mempunyai kelebihan daya saing berbanding pesaing-pesaing lain. Tindakan yang perlu dilakukan oleh firma adalah memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial, teknologi mudah alih dan keupayaan inovasi. Maka, kajian ini dilakukan adalah untuk: i)mengenal pasti tahap penggunaan pemasaran media sosial, tahap penggunaan teknologi mudah alih, tahap penerapan keupayaan inovasi, dan tahap prestasi perniagaan dalam kalangan PKS; ii)mengenal pasti kesan pemasaran media sosial, teknologi mudah alih dan keupayaan inovasi terhadap prestasi perniagaan PKS. Seramai 300 orang responden dari sektor pembuatan dan perkhidmatan PKS daerah Muar, Johor terlibat dalam kajian. Teknik pensampelan berstrata digunakan dalam kajian ini. Menerusi perisian Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26, analisis menunjukkan tahap penggunaan pemasaran media, tahap penggunaan teknologi mudah alih, tahap penerapan keupayaan inovasi, dan tahap prestasi perniagaan masing-masing adalah sederhana tinggi. Analisis regresi berganda mendapati pemasaran media sosial, teknologi mudah alih, dan keupayaan inovasi memberi kesan yang signifikan kepada prestasi perniagaan. Implikasi daripada kajian ini, pengkaji berharap PKS di daerah Muar, Johor dapat mengoptimumkan penggunaan pemasaran media sosial dan teknologi mudah alih serta memanfaatkan sepenuhnya keupayaan inovasi supaya dapat meningkatkan prestasi perniagaan.
