Green human resource management for balanced sustainability in performance: A case of manufacturing SME in Jiangxi Province, China

Abstract
  • This study emphasises exploring the initiatives that must be taken by manufacturing firms within Green Human Resource Management to ensure a significant levelled and balanced sustainability without any sort of environmental or social harm. This study is associated with a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis, that includes a purposive sampling method and supports selecting two HR managers from Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co. LTD. The analysis has identified the strategies of e-HR tools, utilisation of paperless activities, conservation of energy, and initiatives of waste disposal. All these activities also support improving policy statements, marketing strategies, environmental job titles, auditing practices, capital investments, product designs and production practices as well.
