Abstract
  • Loyal employees are considered a valuable asset and a key factor in an organization's success. Since replacing employees can be expensive, it is essential for employers to acknowledge the loyalty of their workforce. In line with this perspective, the study seeks to assess the level of employee loyalty at Company A. Using a quantitative research approach, data was gathered from 208 employees of a private company through a structured questionnaire. The responses were analyzed descriptively with the aid of graphs. The results revealed that employee loyalty was notably high. The study provides empirical insights for employers to better understand their staff's loyalty to the organization.
