Abstract
  • This study's primary purpose was to look at the relationship of resilience with predictive factors, namely, emotional intelligence, communication skills, leadership skills, innovation skills, and creativity skills among academically intelligent students in high school clusters. Besides, this study will also look at whether predictor factors have a significant relationship with resilience. The sample of this study involved 217 academically intelligent students from Form 4, who obtained excellent results in PT3. This study is in Quantitative form. This study uses the Path Model Analysis of Smart Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) Version 3.0. Smart PLS has been used in this study for hypothesis testing, and these results have confirmed that resilience has a significant relationship with predictive factors. Further, this study provides discussion, implications, and conclusions.
