The research findings are Taiwan always becomes US factors in developing the geostrategic strategy in North East Asia. On the strategic rebalance towards the Asia Pacific, it is concern whether US strategy considers Taiwan’s security role narrowly in Taiwan Straits or broadly in the western Pacific. US perspective on Taiwan in strengthening its strategic partnership relations is Taiwan island as future Forward Operation Base. The island became unsinkable aircraft carrier and can provide a firm base if something happened within the regions.
