Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi dalam kalangan penjawat awam

Abstract
  • Tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi merupakan tingkah laku di luar daripada deskripsi tugas seseorang pekerja yang berupaya mencapai misi dan visi organisasi secara tidak langsung. Tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi juga merupakan sebahagian daripada elemen yang menyumbang kepada prestasi kerja. Kajian ini memfokuskan kepada tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi. Sampel kajian adalah seramai 282 orang anggota penguatkuasaan daripada 6 buah IPD di Selangor. Data dikumpul dengan menggunakan soal selidik yang mana hasil dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi pelbagai. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan positif di antara iklim organisasi dan tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi. Keputusan analisis regresi pelbagai mendapati sebanyak 27.4% varians tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi disumbangkan oleh dimensi iklim organisasi. Seterusnya dimensi iklim organisasi seperti sokongan penyeliaan, kejelasan matlamat organisasi, pemformalan dan tumpuan luar didapati memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi. Kajian ini memberi implikasi kepada pengawai di agensi PDRM untuk melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti yang boleh menambahbaik iklim organisasi bagi memastikan kecenderungan anggota mengamalkan tingkah laku kewargaan organisasi dalam pekerjaan seharian boleh dicapai.
