Abstract
  • This paper studies the relationship between internal management strategies and business performance in Chinese Internet enterprises. It is found that social responsibility to shareholders, creditors, users and government positively affects financial performance, but responsibility to employees and suppliers has the opposite effect. The company should fulfill its social responsibility in the long term, enhance its competitiveness and increase its social value.
