Bibliometric analysis: Understanding the trend of performance measurement based on the balanced scorecard

Abstract
  • The article aimed to determine understanding the development and trend of performance measurement based on the Balanced Scorecard. In this study, the researcher considers that the balanced scorecard was published until 2023. The bibliometric analysis method was used in this research. As a result of data analysis through VOSviewer software and Scimago Graphics software, this article examines the evolution and potential advancements of the "balanced scorecard" to understand its current status, research dynamics, visualizations, and analyses. This research contained 585 articles from Web of Science (WoS) journals pertaining to the subject. This research significantly contributes to the current status and trends in developing balanced scorecard.
