Communication in educational administration includes manager-employee, student-employee, teacher-teacher, and teacher-student relationships. Effective communication in a school setting influences the motivations and satisfaction of managers, teachers, and students. Communication skills of educational leader has a very significant role in influencing the behavior of the teachers, and in creating an effective academic atmosphere which considered an investment factor in the motivation of teachers, and educational achievement of students.  This paper aimed to find the importance of communication skills of educational leaders on management. The paper has come out with a number of recommendations, first, mostly on developing the teachers academically, practically and technically through the communicative skills of the leaders of educational development. Secondly, Training the educational leaders on communication skills, especially writing skills.
