Abstract
  • The main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between performance culture and organizational learning in higher education institutions in Malaysia. The study was designed based on Dynamic Capabilities Theory for investigation of factors that affect organizational learning. This study discovered that performance culture played a significant role in organizational learning among administrators in higher education institutions. As a practical contribution, the findings of the study shall serve as a guideline for policy makers and managers in the formulation of policies and strategies for sustainable learning culture.
