Abstract
  • Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional (KPP) berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kualiti guru, pengajaran, dan pembelajaran pelajar melalui kolaborasi guru. Penyelidikan komuniti Pembelajaran profesional telah menyumbangkan pelbagai jenis model KPP selari dengan tujuan dan objektif kajian. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi model Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional dalam konteks barat dan Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif iaitu menganalisis dimensi yang terdapat dalam setiap model yang disenaraikan. Pangkalan data seperti Google Scholar, MyThesis Online (MyTho) dan laman sesawang universiti dirujuk untuk memperolehi artikel jurnal berkaitan dengan model KPP sama ada dalam negara mahupun luar negara. Model-model yang dikenalpasti untuk analisis adalah: (1) Louis et al (1996) (2) Hord (1997); Dufour & Eaker (1998); Bolam et al (2005); Tai & Omar (2019) dan Siti Nafsiah et al (2020). Model disintesis melalui analisis kandungan dengan mengenal pasti enam domain utama iaitu (1) Teori; (2) Perkongsian Visi, Misi, Nilai dan Norma; (3) Pembelajaran Kolektif; (4) Perkongsian Amalan terbaik; (5) Kepimpinan Sekolah dan (6) Keadaan Sekolah. Dapatan ini dapat membimbing guru dan membantu pihak berkepentingan terhadap pelaksanaan Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional.
