Abstract
This study examines the challenges and substance of work-life balance among working women in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. Overall, the study aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. By using a quantitative approach, primary data is collected from working women in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, and has been analyzed using reliability analysis, correlation and regression analysis in SPSS. The study's target audience is working women in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, aged 23-60. The purpose of this study is to identify the gaps and provide solutions. The study concluded that both work-life balance and emotional intelligence have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of working women in Hyderabad, Sindh.
