Abstract
  • This research evaluates tourism management strategies in place at the Local Government Unit (LGU SFADS) in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. It focuses on leadership, training, accreditation, marketing, and promotion. To achieve this, a robust research methodology was applied, employing a Causal research design approach with 237 LGU SFADS employees actively participating. Data was collected through a carefully crafted survey questionnaire, and the analysis utilized statistical techniques, including regression analysis. The findings of this study underscore the effectiveness of LGU SFADS' leadership, with a particular emphasis on strategic planning and employee engagement. The research highlights the importance of continuous training in the field of tourism, specifically in areas such as staying updated with industry trends, promoting cultural understanding, and utilizing technology effectively.
