Abstract
  • Perubahan iklim merupakan salah satu cabaran bagi mencapai Matlamat Pembangunan Mampan (SDGs). Kemusnahan alam semula jadi semakin rancak akibat daripada fenomena perubahan iklim yang ekstrem. Orang asli tidak asing dengan persekitaran semula jadi sehingga digelar sebagai komuniti yang lebih memahami adaptasi perubahan iklim. Walaupun komuniti ini tidak banyak menyumbang kepada kesan rumah hijau, kesan perubahan iklim ini menjadi cabaran kepada mereka untuk bertindak dengan mengekalkan tradisi pemeliharaan persekitaran mereka. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur berkenaan pengaruh perubahan iklim terhadap komuniti Orang Asli di Malaysia. Hasil tinjauan literatur mendapati kemudahterancaman perubahan iklim merangkumi aspek bencana alam, kemerosotan sumber biodiverisiti dan kehilangan sumber ekonomi mereka. Justeru, penulisan ini membentangkan pendekatan holistik komuniti Orang Asli dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim. Penulisan ini memberikan input kepada penggubal dasar untuk memasukkan pandangan pihak berkepentingan daripada wakil Orang Asli untuk menangani keperluan mereka dan menerima pakai pendekatan yang seimbang antara strategi adaptasi perubahan iklim.
