  • This paper aims to discuss the application of human resource analytics in designing Human Resource strategies, specifically employee retention. It explains the framework of HR analytics application in developing an employee retention strategy, which involves descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. The outcomes from the data analytics will lead to a data-driven solution and help an organisation come up with the most suitable intervention to increase employee retention.
