The study highlights how crucial strong technology infrastructure and successful change management approaches are to promoting an innovative and accountable culture. Additionally, it highlights the growth of hybrid and remote learning models, which necessitate a revaluation of administrative processes to support diverse learning modalities. By articulating a clear vision and securing leadership commitment, institutions can enhance operational efficiency and better serve their communities in an increasingly digital landscape.
