Abstract
  • This study presents an Agile model aimed at improving the sales process and customer experience at PT Aurora Networks Indonesia, leveraging the iterative, customer-focused, and collaborative attributes of Agile methodologies. Using tools like Value Stream Mapping, SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and the TOWS strategy, a business solution is formed. Data sourced from stakeholder interviews and sales process documents identify current inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement via Agile practices. The proposed solution transforms the sales process and TRICORN model roles into Agile equivalents, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness. This work provides valuable insights for integrating Agile methodologies into sales processes to increase collaboration, efficiency, and competitiveness.
