Abstract
This study aims to assess the readiness of ANTV, a free-to-air television broadcaster, for the Analog Switch Off (ASO). The ASO refers to the transition from analog to digital broadcasting in the television industry. The study combines primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with Fajar Tri Laksono (Research Manager) and Tedy (Senior Manager of Data Sales) at ANTV, along with secondary data from literature studies. By gathering both empirical and theoretical perspectives, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of ANTV's preparedness for the ASO. The assessment encompasses various factors, including technological infrastructure, regulatory compliance, human resources, financial preparedness, audience awareness, and collaboration with stakeholders. The findings of this study will contribute to identifying potential challenges, formulating strategies, and recommending measures to enhance ANTV's readiness for the ASO.
