The program of Productive Migrant Village is intended for villages which sent many Indonesian migrant workers abroad. The Productive Migrant Village Program is the program designed in villages of Indonesian Migrant Workers to improve services and protection for the worker who will work abroad, increase economic independence and prosperity for the families of Indonesian Workers and Indonesian Workers entirely, encourage the active role of the Village Administrations in the field of Indonesian Workers and all stakeholders, and reduce the number of non-procedural workers. The program is also expected to reduce the number of migrant non-procedural Indonesian Workers. This research done with Quantitative research Method (Goertzen, Melissa J. 2017)is a systematic empirical research of an observable phenomenon through statistical techniques, mathematics, or computation. The purpose of quantitative research is to develop and use mathematics model, theory, and hypotheses pertaining to the phenomenon. The measurement process is a quantitative research center for providing a fundamental connection between empirical observation and mathematical expression from quantitative relation which directs the positive change process and set a condition so that they can learn about their experiences and make the experiences accessible by others. The total sample of the research is 50 Indonesian Migrant Workers who have returned to Indonesia and become managers of small and medium enterprises with guidance from the government and stakeholders. The conclusion of this research is the desire of the villagers to become migrant workers abroad has decreased and they finally choose to become entrepreneurs independently in their village.
