Abstract
  • Tekanan kerja adalah fenomena yang kritikal dalam pembangunan sumber manusia. Tekanan kerja yang diuruskan secara teratur akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Biarpun isu ini telah banyak dikaji namun peranan tekanan kerja sebagai pemboleh ubah peramal yang penting terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga sering kali terabai dalam kajian literatur pengurusan tekanan kerja. Tujuan kajian ini dilaksanakan adalah untuk menilai hubungan di antara tekanan kerja dengan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kaedah kaji selidik digunakan untuk mengumpul 160 data daripada pekerja di sebuah agensi awam, Malaysia. Dapatan menggunakan perisian SmartPLS menghasilkan tiga dapatan utama. Pertama, kekaburan peranan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kedua, konflik peranan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan keluarga. Ketiga, beban peranan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan keluarga. Keadaan ini menunjukkan bahawa ketidakupayaan pekerja untuk mengendalikan tekanan kerja secara berhemah akan mengganggu kesejahteraan keluarga dalam organisasi yang dikaji. Seterusnya, kajian ini turut mengemukakan perbincangan, implikasi dan kesimpulan kajian.
