Abstract
  • This Study aims to analyze, design, and implement flexible work arrangements (FWA) within the organization to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and work-life balance. The study will involve conducting a comprehensive review of current flexible work policies, assessing employee preferences and needs through surveys or focus groups, benchmarking against industry’s best practices, and developing tailored strategies to accommodate various work arrangements, such as telecommuting, flexible hours, remote working option, hybrid, compressed workweeks, and job sharing. Implementation will include communication and training sessions for both managers and employees to ensure understanding and alignment with the new policies. The study will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of flexible work arrangements on employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational performance, allowing for ongoing evaluation and adjustment as needed. Overall, this study contributes to the expanding knowledge base on flexible work arrangements by offering experimental insights into their role in enhancing employee productivity and work-life balance. By optimizing flexible work arrangements, organizations can foster a more engaged and satisfied workforce, eventually leading to improved organizational performance and employee well-being in the workplace.
